The Short Version
Rook CEO is an early-access AI business operator service. It is still evolving. You are responsible for how you use its outputs, recommendations, and automations. We will do our best to make it useful and reliable, but this is early software and it should be used with judgment.
1. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for decisions and actions taken using Rook CEO.
This includes:
- Business decisions made based on Rook’s suggestions or summaries
- Emails, drafts, reports, or content generated through the service
- Automations or recurring tasks you choose to enable
- How you use the service in your company, client work, or personal projects
We provide the system. You decide how it is used.
2. What We Provide
Rook CEO may include:
- Private AI operator instances or dedicated workflows
- Research, drafting, summaries, monitoring, and business support features
- Connections to third-party tools, messaging services, or web systems
- Early-access onboarding, experiments, and product iterations
This is an early-access product. Features may change, break, or disappear as we improve the service.
3. What We Do Not Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime or uninterrupted service
- Perfect accuracy, completeness, or correctness
- That automations or integrations will always run successfully
- That data, drafts, or outputs will be preserved forever without backups
4. No Professional Advice
Rook CEO does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Any output should be reviewed by a human before being relied on in a high-stakes context.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by use of the service, its outputs, or its downtime.
This includes direct or indirect business losses, lost revenue, missed opportunities, data loss, reputational harm, or errors in generated content.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Rook CEO to:
- Break the law or help others break the law
- Spam, harass, deceive, or harm other people
- Probe, exploit, or attack our systems or connected services
- Abuse shared infrastructure or attempt to bypass product limits
If you do, we may suspend or terminate access.
7. Data and Privacy
- We may store signup and account-related information needed to operate the service
- We may collect product analytics, logs, and error information to improve reliability
- We will try to limit human access to customer data unless needed for support, debugging, or security
Waitlist and Early Access
If you join the waitlist, we may contact you about onboarding, product updates, pricing, and early-access availability.
8. Pricing, Billing, and Refunds
- Pricing may change as the service evolves
- Paid plans, if offered, may renew on a recurring basis
- You may cancel future billing unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement
- Refunds, if any, are handled case by case unless required by law
9. Changes to the Service
We may change features, pricing, onboarding, access rules, and these terms as the product evolves. If a major change matters materially to your use, we will try to give reasonable notice.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create operational or security risk.
11. Legal Basics
